LEADERSHIP TEAM

Paul McDonald, Ph.D

Dr. McDonald holds a doctorate in Neuroscience from Vanderbilt University and has served as a PTSD and TBI subject matter expert for the US Army. Dr. McDonald has also provided scientific and programmatic support to DARPA, SOCOM, and the ARNG.

Travis Smith, Ph.D

Dr. Smith received his doctorate in Cellular and Developmental Biology from Vanderbilt University. Dr. Smith has supported CBRN-related efforts for the US Army, JPEO-CBD, SOCOM, DARPA, and the Intelligence Community, as well as the ARNG on studies related to Soldier health, suicide prevention, and risk reduction.
